TCasino Terms & Conditions – Membership & Betting Rules

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the TCasino platform ("Platform", "Website", "App"). TCasino is an online betting and gaming service operated for members in Bangladesh.

By creating an account, using the platform, or making any financial transaction on TCasino, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

TCasino reserves the right to suspend or discontinue services at any time in the following circumstances:

• For technical maintenance or upgrades
• If a member violates these terms
• In cases of suspected fraud or unusual activity
• Upon instruction from legal or regulatory authorities

The following requirements must be met to open an account and use the TCasino platform:

• Age: Members must be 18 years of age or older. Account registration and use of the platform by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited.
• Identity: All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, truthful, and up to date.
• Single Account: Each person may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts or operating an account in someone else's name is strictly prohibited.
• Mental Capacity: Members must have the legal capacity to enter into contracts independently.

TCasino reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any account. National ID, passport, or other proof of identity may be requested if needed.

You are solely responsible for keeping your TCasino account secure. Never share your password or login credentials with anyone.

Important account rules:

• Sharing login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact TCasino support immediately
• Keep your registered phone number and email address up to date in your profile
• Use a strong password and update it regularly
• If you log in on a public device, always log out when your session is over

You are fully responsible for all activity carried out on your account. If a third party places bets using your credentials, TCasino will treat those transactions as valid.

TCasino currently accepts the following payment methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and selected bank transfers.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. Withdrawals cannot be processed without it.

TCasino does not charge any transaction processing fees. However, your payment provider's own charges may apply.

Before placing bets on TCasino, please familiarise yourself with the following general betting rules:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a cashout option is available).
• Bet outcomes are determined using TCasino's internal systems and recognized data sources.
• If a match or event is cancelled, postponed, or has an undetermined result, the bet amount will be refunded.
• TCasino reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error or incorrect odds being displayed.
• Any bets placed by exploiting system errors will be voided along with any associated winnings.

TCasino reserves the right to set or adjust the betting limits of any member. This is typically done in response to unusual betting patterns or for risk management purposes.

All TCasino bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following general terms. Individual offers may carry additional conditions of their own.

• Welcome Bonus: For new members only. Applicable once per person or household.
• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal (typically 5–30x). The exact requirement is listed on each offer's page.
• Validity: Bonuses are automatically cancelled if not used within 7 to 30 days of being issued.
• Restricted Games: Certain game types or bet types may not count toward bonus wagering requirements.
• Multiple Bonuses: It may not be possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on TCasino. Any violation will result in account termination:

If any of the above activities are detected, TCasino will permanently close the account and pursue legal action where necessary.

TCasino strives to deliver the highest quality of service; however, TCasino is not liable in the following circumstances:

• Loss of bets or interrupted transactions due to loss of internet connection
• Delays or issues caused by third-party payment providers
• Losses resulting from a member sharing their account credentials with others
• Temporary service interruption due to unexpected technical failure

Betting inherently carries financial risk. TCasino makes no guarantee of earnings from betting. Members place bets at their own discretion and bear full responsibility for their decisions.

For any dispute or complaint, contact TCasino Customer Support first. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours.

Dispute resolution steps:

1. Step One: Submit your complaint via live chat or email at support@tcasino.app
2. Step Two: If you are not satisfied with the response, please fill out the official complaint form
3. Step Three: TCasino's senior management team will review the matter
4. Final Step: If both parties cannot reach an agreement, neutral mediation is available

Dispute Filing Window: All complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the incident date. Claims filed after this deadline may not be accepted.

TCasino reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time.

What will be done when changes are made:

• An SMS notification will be sent to your registered mobile number
• Details will be sent via email
• A notice will be displayed on the platform's main page
• You will be notified at least 7 days before the effective date (except in cases of urgent changes)

Continued use of the platform after receiving a notification will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please contact Support to close your account.
